Anna Gunn

Anna Gunn, an American actress from America. Her most well-known role was in the role of Skyler on the AMC drama Breaking Bad. She won the Primetime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Leading Performance by a Supporting Actress in a a Drama Series for 2013 and 2014. She has also appeared as Martha Bullock in Deadwood and Jean Ward on The Practice. Anna Gunn grew up in Sante Fe New Mexico and fell in adore with acting when she was in the Preparatory School. At the end of the 70's, she and her family moved to Ohio. The theatre studies she pursued was in the theatre department at Northwestern University. A semester was spent at the British American Drama Academy. Anna began her career in Chicago, working in theatre parts for a number of years. After that, she relocated to Hollywood and began acting in films and TV shows. Anna was selected to portray Arden on Down the Shore in the series of 29 episodes Down the Shore. Anna continued to be in film and TV series such as Seinfeld, NYPD Blue and others up to the late the 1990's. She was then selected for The Practice as Jean Ward. In the mid 2000's she was placed in Deadwood playing Martha Bullock for two full seasons. Skyler played her part on Breaking Bad. Sully was the Deadwood film, and other movies also featured her. Gunn was a part of David Schwimmer's Sex With Strangers, a production directed by David Schwimmer. The year 2022 saw Gunn also played in a 4-part audio-play series known as "Numbered days". Breaking Bad revolves around Walter White's relationship with Skyler. Walter White's life tale and the tension in the marriage he shares with Skyler can be seen in the television show.
